This is to inform all concerned units of the prescribed procedure in requesting a Certification of No Pending Financial Obligation for projects funded by the Office of the Vice President for Research and Innovation (OVPRI), such as but not limited to the Emerging Interdisciplinary Research Grant (EIDR), Enhanced Creative Work and Research Grant (ECWRG), and the Energy Research Fund (ERF).

For streamlined submission and processing, requests for the said certification shall be submitted online via Google Form, accessible through this link: https://bit.ly/OVPRI_CNPFO. 

Requestors are kindly advised to provide complete and accurate information through the form to facilitate the timely processing of their request.

Upon receipt of the complete requirements, the certification will be processed and issued within three (3) working days.
