International Publication Award (IPA)

About the Award

The International Publication Award (IPA) is a University award program that recognizes and rewards faculty members, REPS, project personnel, students, and administrative/medical staff who publish scholarly articles in internationally recognized, peer-reviewed journals while indicating the University as their affiliation. The program aims to encourage the production of high-quality research, reinforce scholarly publications by the UP community, and strengthen the University’s visibility and reputation in the global academic community.

The International Publication Award (IPA) was instituted in the 1137th Meeting of the Board of Regents on 25 November 1999. Since its establishment, the guidelines have been revised in keeping with the latest developments in research and innovation, particularly in terms of indicators of the quality of publications.
